Ingredients: Purified Water, Avocado Oil, Magnesium Oil (20%) Sweet Almond Oil, Arnica, Cetearyl Alcohol, Peppermint, Orange, Rosemary, Basil, Marjoram Essential Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ethrylh Exylglycerin, Rosehip Oil, Vitamin E, Propanediol.
Directions: Massage into skin (avoid the face) If applying to soles of feet wear socks to avoid slipping. In the unlikely event that a reaction occurs discontinue use.
