Drinking Jamu is a great way to give your body a boost of goodness and it tastes delicious! This traditional Indonesian health tonic has been used for over 1000 years. It has anti inflammatory properties and is packed with antioxidants. It's known for boosting the immune system, promoting good heart health, improving digestion, detoxifying for the liver and kidneys and general wellbeing.
