- 1 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric  
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger  
- 2 tablespoons raw honey   
- Juice of a lime  
- A slice of fresh lime  
- 500ml water  

Method:
1. Add the water, grated turmeric and ginger to a saucepan bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes.  
2. Strain into a jug.  
3. Stir in lime juice, add add lime, and finish with honey
